Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager based in Bikaner. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, coordinating with internal teams to meet clients needs, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The role may include preparing reports, handling client communications, and resolving any issues promptly to maintain trust and optimize opportunities for the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Communication
- Proficiency in Account Management practices, including contract negotiation, issue resolution, and relationship development
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
- Time Management and Organizational skills to handle multiple client accounts effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software and general technological literacy
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in account management or a related role is an advantage
