About the Role: Account Management Manager
We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Account Management Manager to own and grow key brand relationships. You will be the face of goGlocal for our partner brands, ensuring smooth onboarding, successful activation, and continuous performance optimization across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned brands and partners
- Oversee onboarding, training, and activation of clients on the goGlocal platform
- Develop strong, long-term client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Work cross-functionally with product, operations, logistics, and marketing teams to deliver brand goals
- Track client performance metrics and proactively identify areas of improvement
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance check-ins with clients
- Resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining a positive brand experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, exports, and marketplace listings
Requirements
- 47 years of experience in account management, customer success, or client servicing
- Experience working with D2C brands, e-commerce or export-oriented platforms (preferred)
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from performance data
- Proficient in using CRM tools and maintaining detailed account records
- Comfortable managing multiple clients and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
