Experience required: 3-5+ years (FMCG and preferably from a digital marketing or brand management agency)

Role Overview:

At Sociapa, we are seeking a proactive, client-focused Social Media Account/Client Servicing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, managing digital marketing projects end-to-end, and ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns aligned with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong, long-term relationships.

· Understand client goals, brand positioning, and market dynamics to craft effective digital marketing strategies.

· Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, content, and performance) to deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.

· Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring complete client satisfaction.

· Present campaign plans, reports, and performance insights to clients in a clear and professional manner.

· Proactively identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support business expansion through up-selling and cross-selling services.

· Resolve client concerns with a solution-oriented approach, ensuring trust and transparency at every stage.

· Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and emerging best practices to add strategic value to client accounts.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

· 5+ years of hands-on experience in account management, client servicing, or digital marketing.

· In-depth knowledge of digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Content Creation, and Branding.

· Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

· Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Proficient in digital tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager, Excel, and PowerPoint.

· Strategic thinking ability with a keen eye for detail and quality delivery.

Preferred Experience:

· Prior experience managing clients in industries like FMCG, Education Industry, Healthcare, Lifestyle, or Consumer Brands.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.

· High degree of professionalism, organisation, and accountability.
