Job Description

We're hiring an Account Lead – Performance Marketing to lead client accounts end-to-end across Meta Ads + Google Ads.

For Meta, this is a creative-led performance role. And not just a media buyer role. Hence, it includes not just building briefs and sharing with client but also full onus to quickly ship AI creatives to test angles and build that diversity.

You will own performance outcomes, creative strategy, and client communication.

Minimum Experience: 3 years.

Core Responsibilities

1) Account Ownership

  • Own 3-5 client accounts depending on the intensity required.We don't believe in owning 10+ accounts as we don't believe in shallow work.
  • Lead growth roadmap, planning, weekly actions & execution
  • Ensure consistent experimentation and fast learning loops

2) Meta Ads (Primary) – Creative-Led Growth

  • Lead creative strategy: angles, hooks, scripts, proof, iterations
  • Identify winners, scale them, and produce iterations consistently
  • Run a repeatable creative testing system

3) Creative Output (2 Modes)

Mode A — Briefing-led (Client production):

  • Create clear briefs: script + storyboard + shot guidance + overlays
  • Drive iterations based on performance feedback

Mode B — AI-led production (Our production):

  • Build creatives internally using AI workflows (static + video)
  • Ship variations fast and iterate based on results
  • Tools include: Flow + Gemini/Nano Banana workflows + AI creative tools
  • Note:
  • We're not hiring a designer/editor. We're hiring a performance marketer who can think creatively, build ads and ship it without any external constrain.
  • Performance Marketing is now a storytelling game and less media buying. And hence onus should be on us to build and ship as well
  • It's a culture in our team where we all build ads including founders and interns.

4) Google Ads (Secondary)

  • Manage Google Search accounts with strong hygiene:
  • structure, queries, negatives, match types, budgets
  • ad copy testing and landing page feedback
  • Extract insights from Search to improve messaging/Meta creatives

5) Reporting + Communication

  • Weekly/monthly performance reporting with actionable insights
  • High-quality client communication (clear, structured, proactive)
  • Maintain documentation + experiment logs (no chaos)
  • Keep building SOPs and have a strong bend in creating processes.

Must-Have

  • Min 2.5-3 years experience in performance marketing (agency or brand)
  • Hands-on experience running:

Meta Ads (must)

Google Search Ads (must)

  • Strong creative thinking + experience with creative briefs/scripts
  • Comfortable owning accounts and speaking to clients directly
  • Good data hygiene (Sheets, reporting clarity, structured thinking)

Highly Preferred

  • Has built ads themselves using AI tools / fast production workflows
  • Strong understanding of creative testing, iteration loops & scaling
  • Experience in D2C / lead-gen businesses
