Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full set of accounts and record transaction data accurately.
  • Prepare payments and staff reimbursements
  • Prepare financial reporting, closing statements, creating journal entries and manage AR/AP.
  • Ensure accurate and updated reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts monthly.
  • Assist with financial and tax audits.
  • Compile accurate tax-related information for the organization.
  • Responsible for IRAS related matters.
  • Handle onboarding new employees.
  • Managing employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assisting with performance appraisals
  • Handle HR compliance and legal requirements.
  • Update fixed assets and depreciation records in accounting software.
  • Prepare and review supplier payments, ensuring compliance with credit terms.
  • Generate and maintain payroll and salary reports.
  • Update attendance records, leave schedules, overtime, etc.
  • Stay updated on MOM guidelines and implement changes as required.
  • Assisting in office correspondence and general administrative tasks, and other ad-hoc duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience with experience in full-set accounts
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to multi-task efficiently.
  • Independent, collaborative, and a good team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
