Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager Accounts & Admin located in Kolkata.
- Lead and take full ownership of the Accounts & Finance department
- Responsibilities include ensuring proper booking keeping, managing cash flows, preparing budgets and its compliance, performing control functions, and conducting detailed financial analysis.
- The role also involves ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while managing and mentoring subordinate staff.
- Establish robust internal controls and financial governance systems
- Drive budgeting, financial planning & working capital management
- Ensure 100% statutory,budgeting and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant or Extensive experience in Accounting
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to conduct detailed financial analysis
- Experience in Controllership Functions and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in Finance, Cash Flow management, and Budgeting
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- At least 7+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in real estate
