Position: Account General Manager
Location: Dahisar, Mumbai
Salary: Upto Rs. 80,000.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Account General Manager to lead and oversee the organization's finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in managing large-scale financial operations, including handling balance sheets of at least ₹800 crore, ensuring statutory compliance, and leading the accounts team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the complete accounting and finance functions of the organization.
- Handle the preparation, review, and finalization of annual and monthly financial statements and balance sheets.
- Must have experience handling balance sheets of ₹800 crore or above.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
- Supervise month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial reports, and management reports for senior leadership.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, financial planning, and fund management.
- Ensure accurate accounting records and compliance with accounting standards.
- Lead and mentor the accounts team to ensure smooth day-to-day financial operations.
- Identify process improvements and implement internal financial controls.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Balance Sheet Finalization.
- Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in handling large-volume corporate accounts.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, ERP Systems, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience :Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts.
- Must have handled balance sheets of ₹800 crore or more.
