Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account & Finance Head, based in Noida. The successful candidate will oversee the preparation and management of financial statements and reports, manage budgets, and ensure accurate financial analysis for decision-making. They will lead planning and forecasting activities, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and provide strategic financial guidance to support organizational goals. Responsibilities also include monitoring cash flow and managing financial risks effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in managing Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and overseeing related documentation
- Proven abilities in Budgeting and Finance management, ensuring effective allocation of resources
- Advanced Analytical Skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide strategic insights
- Proficiency in financial tools, software, and best practices in compliance with local and international financial regulations
- Experience managing financial operations within the logistics or supply chain sector is an advantage
- Leadership experience with excellent communication and team management capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; a professional qualification (e.g., CA, CFA, CPA) is highly desirable
