Account Finance Executive - (Tally Prime Experience)

About The Opportunity

A leading player in the agri-commodities and FMCG sector, we specialize in the procurement, processing, and global export of premium Basmati rice. Focused on operational excellence and financial precision, we seek an Account Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, ensure compliance, and support financial decision-making within our fast-paced supply chain environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations including vendor payments, customer invoicing, and account reconciliations using Tally Prime.
• Maintain accurate ledgers, GST filings, and TDS documentation in line with Indian statutory requirements.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, P&L statements, and cash flow summaries for management review.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Procurement, Sales, Logistics) to ensure timely and accurate financial data capture.
• Support audits by compiling financial records, trial balances, and transaction logs as required.
• Identify process improvements in accounting workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce discrepancies.
