Experience- 5 yrs

1. Financial Reporting & Compliance

Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual), manage general ledger operations, and guarantee adherence to statutory regulations such as TDS, GST, and income tax.

2. Budgeting, Forecasting & Cash Flow Management

Lead the preparation and monitoring of budgets, perform monthly financial forecasting, and manage daily and monthly cash flow to maintain liquidity and capital efficiency.

3. Audit Coordination & Internal Controls

Oversee and support internal, statutory, and tax audits; implement and monitor internal financial controls and accounting policies to uphold compliance and governance standards.

4. Tax & Regulatory Compliance

Ensure timely and accurate compliance with all applicable statutory requirements, including TDS, GST, and income tax, minimizing risk and penalties through diligent monitoring and filing.

5. Team Leadership & Employee Development

Lead, mentor, and develop junior accounting staff to enhance performance, accountability, and succession readiness within the finance function.

6. Management Reporting & Strategic Support

Produce financial reports and MIS dashboards, analyze key metrics (profitability, ROI, cost control), and provide financial planning and cost-benefit analysis to support business units and senior management decision-making
