Role Description:

The Account Executive will oversee sales operations, build strong client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. Responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new customers, negotiating contracts, and offering tailored packaging solutions to meet client needs. The role involves close coordination with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and on-time order fulfillment. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lodhika.

Job Description:

• Proven skills in account management, relationship building, and customer service
• Expertise in sales strategies, negotiation, and revenue generation
• Ability to analyze market trends, develop strategies, and identify growth opportunities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages
• Proficiency in organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the manufacturing or packaging industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
