Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced Account Executive to drive revenue growth across the US market. In this role, you'll own the entire sales cycle, right from outbound prospecting and pipeline generation to product demonstrations, commercial negotiations, and closing enterprise deals.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of selling to enterprise customers through US outbound motions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships with senior stakeholders, and consistently exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting & Pipeline Generation
  • Build a healthy sales pipeline through strategic cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers across enterprise accounts in the US market.
  • Generate qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting and account-based selling strategies.
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans to maximize pipeline generation.

Sales Execution

  • Own the complete sales cycle—from discovery and qualification to product demonstrations, commercial negotiations, and closing.
  • Understand customer business processes and position HyperStart's value proposition effectively.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned with customer use cases and business objectives.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Enterprise Stakeholder Management
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders across Legal, Procurement, Finance, Operations, and IT functions.
  • Navigate complex enterprise buying processes involving multiple decision-makers.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and leadership teams to accelerate deal progression.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity forecasting and pipeline hygiene within the CRM.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Mandatory experience selling to enterprise customers.
  • Mandatory experience in US outbound sales.
  • Demonstrated success owning and closing the full sales cycle.
  • Strong experience with cold outreach, discovery calls, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in US business hours and collaborating with global teams.

Good to Have

  • Experience selling Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), LegalTech, workflow automation, AI, or enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Exposure to consultative or solution-based enterprise selling methodologies.
