Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in the Pune Division. The Account Executive will manage and grow key accounts across Tribe Stays verticals, serving as a primary contact for partners, corporate clients, and institutional stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting sales meetings and property walkthroughs, preparing proposals and contracts, and closing new business to meet revenue targets. The role involves maintaining long-term client relationships, coordinating with operations and property teams to ensure service quality, and gathering feedback to improve the managed living experience. The Account Executive will also track sales performance, maintain accurate CRM records, support promotional campaigns, and represent Tribe Stays at events, campus activations, and industry gatherings.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in client relationship management, account management, and B2B or institutional sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a consultative selling approach.
- Comfort with lead generation, pipeline management, and basic CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Solid organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills to handle multiple accounts and priorities.
- Understanding of hospitality, real estate, co-living, or student housing markets is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, including occasional evening or weekend client interactions or site visits.
- Self-driven, target-oriented mindset with a collaborative attitude and commitment to delivering excellent resident and client experiences.
