About the Company

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, ensure accurate financial records, and support compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with accounting software, and good analytical skills.

About the Role

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing various accounting tasks and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities

  • TDA filing, Tally prime experience
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding dues
  • Perform bank and cash reconciliations
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
  • Prepare MIS reports and financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.)
  • Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes
  • Maintain accurate financial documentation and records
  • Assist in budgeting and expense control

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
  • 14 years of relevant accounting experience (freshers may apply if specified)
