Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive based in Rajkot. The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing sales accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, identifying opportunities to meet client needs, coordinating with internal teams, generating sales reports, and achieving sales targets. The role requires working closely with clients to understand their business goals and providing solutions that align with those objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Account Management, and Customer Relationship Management
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and provide insights for business growth
- Proficiency in using CRM software and digital tools to manage accounts and track performance
- Highly organized, target-driven, and self-motivated with effective time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the construction or industrial equipment industry is advantageous
- Flexibility to travel and engage with clients on-site as needed
