Account Executive

What you'll do:

• Manage multiple digital campaigns seamlessly — from brief to execution
• Lead creator, ad film, collaboration & celebrity-led campaigns
• Work closely with creative, strategy & production teams to bring ideas to life
• Identify the right creators/influencers and understand their costing as per industry benchmarks
• Stay on top of trends, formats, and cultural moments
• Prioritize like a pro — daily, weekly, monthly
• Handle multiple moving parts across teams without dropping the ball

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years in an agency setup (non-negotiable)
• Experience executing at least 3 campaigns/month
• Exposure to 600 Cr+ brands
• Strong understanding of content, strategy, copies & scripts
• Hands-on with creator/influencer campaigns
• Experience with celebrity endorsements in digital
• Solid grip on Google Slides, Sheets & Docs
• Flexible, fast, and comfortable in a high-energy environment
