- Manage end-to-end customer accounts, including order processing and follow-ups
- Coordinate with production and planning teams to ensure timely execution of orders
- Use SAP for order entry, tracking, invoicing, and reporting
- Prepare production plans and align them with client requirements
- Maintain and analyze data using Excel (reports, forecasts, order tracking)
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding order status and updates
- Resolve any order or delivery-related issues efficiently
- Support sales team with data insights and reporting
- Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping
