Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Account Executive / Sr. Account Executive to join the sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in SaaS or solution-based sales, and the ability to build relationships with prospective clients while driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities for the CRM platform
- Conduct product demos and presentations, clearly communicating the value proposition of the product
- Manage sales pipelines, leads, opportunities, and account information through CRM systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients
- Understand customer pain points and position solutions effectively
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer experience
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in SaaS, software, or solution sales
- Prior experience in CRM sales is an added advantage
