Account Executive

We are looking for a Accountant with 4–5 years of pharma industry proven experience to manage daily accounting, batch costing, inventory tracking, and tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Core Accounting: Handle day-to-day GL entries, Accounts Payable/Receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing.
• Pharma Inventory & Costing: Reconcile Raw/Packing Material and Finished Goods inventory; manage batch costing, expiry returns, and distributor credit notes.
• Taxation & Compliance: Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B) and TDS payments; coordinate with statutory auditors.
• Reporting: Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow statements, and budget variance sheets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance.
• Experience: 2-3 years in a pharmaceutical manufacturing or distribution firm.
• Technical Skills: Tally Prime,Marg or Pharma ERP; Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Tax Knowledge: Strong grip on GST, TDS, and inventory accounting standards.
