Role OverviewWe are looking for a high-performing Account Executive to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across SMB and Mid-Market segments. The ideal candidate will have proven experience selling SaaS solutions, managing the complete sales cycle, and consistently achieving revenue targets.
This role requires a consultative seller who can understand customer challenges, articulate value, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach, referrals, partnerships, and inbound leads.
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Understand customer business requirements and position DoubleTick's solutions effectively.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Develop relationships with founders, CXOs, business heads, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to maximize customer outcomes.
- Accurately forecast sales performance and maintain pipeline hygiene.
- Stay updated on market trends, competition, and customer needs.
Required Qualifications- 4–8 years of overall experience, with at least 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue quotas.
- Experience selling SaaS, CRM, Martech, Customer Engagement, Communication, or Cloud-based solutions.
- Strong experience in consultative and solution-based selling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage and influence decision-makers at multiple organizational levels.
- Experience managing sales opportunities through CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong ownership attitude.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience selling WhatsApp Business, CPaaS, Customer Engagement, Marketing Automation, or Conversational Commerce solutions.
- Exposure to international markets, especially GCC/Middle East (for Dubai-based roles).
- Experience working in high-growth startup or scale-up environments.
- Familiarity with MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sale, or similar sales methodologies.
