Account Executive — Delhi

Rupyz is a Sales Force Automation (SFA) platform helping FMCG and CPG brands streamline and scale their sales operations.

We're looking for an Account Executive who can own the sales process end-to-end — from identifying opportunities and building relationships with decision-makers to negotiating and closing deals.

What you'll do

• Own the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with FMCG and CPG brands.
• Understand customer requirements and demonstrate how Rupyz can solve their sales and distribution challenges.
• Conduct sales meetings, product demos, negotiations and commercial discussions.
• Build a strong pipeline and consistently work towards revenue targets.
• Work closely with the internal team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation.

What we're looking for

Non-negotiable:

• 3–5 years of experience in an Account Executive / B2B sales role.
• Prior experience selling to FMCG or CPG brands.
• Strong track record of closing B2B sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi.
• Highly driven, commercially sharp and comfortable owning sales targets.
