Job Title: Junior Account Executive

Location: Andheri Kurla Road, Chakala (200 meters from metro station), Andheri East, Mumbai - 93

Experience: 1-3 Years

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Office Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a manufacturing setup and possess strong knowledge of accounting, compliance, and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of daily tax invoices and sharing them with respective customers
• Auditing and reviewing daily orders
• Conducting weekly stock audits and bank reconciliations
• Preparation of export and import documentation
• Follow-up with clients for timely payments
• E-way bill generation and compliance
• Preparation of MIS reports and expense statements
• Assisting in payroll management
• Processing payments to vendors, suppliers, and utilities
• Preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and TCS returns
• Supporting annual audits and assisting in preparation of financial statements (Balance Sheet,P&L, Annual Reports)
• Executing additional tasks/assignments as delegated by reporting manager or management

Key Requirements:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance (Freshers also welcome with relevant experience)
• Mandatory: Experience in a manufacturing company
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, and statutory compliances
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and follow-up skills

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Basic understanding of import/export processes
• Team player with a proactive approach
