Account Executive Retail & E-commerce Operations

We're growing our retail operations team and looking for an experienced Account Executive Retail & E-commerce Operations to manage client relationships, lead delivery teams, and drive backend excellence for multiple retail and e-commerce accounts.
If you enjoy owning projects, working closely with US-based clients, and improving large-scale retail operationsthis could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
- Lead retail backend operations projects from planning to execution.
- Manage and mentor teams of 20+ members to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Oversee cataloguing, inventory management, pricing, and product listings on Shopify, Lightspeed, or similar platforms.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clientshandling queries, gathering requirements, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Identify process gaps and implement operational improvements.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain reporting accuracy and compliance.
What We're Looking For
- 34 years of experience in operations, project management, or retail support roles.
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree preferred.
- Strong client-facing communication skillsexperience with US clients is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills with exposure to MIS and data visualization.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
