Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Account Executive based in Rajkot. The Account Executive will be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales proposals, and managing the sales pipeline. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, tracking market trends, achieving sales targets, and providing feedback for continuous improvement of business strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain excellent client relationships
  • Skills in sales strategies, lead generation, and managing client accounts
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify new business opportunities
  • Proficiency in preparing detailed sales proposals and presentations
  • Problem-solving, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Self-motivation, time management, and organizational abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the water treatment or engineering industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools is beneficial
