Your Roles and Responsibilities:

We're looking for someone who's going to win our client's confidence by demonstrating a thorough understanding of the markets in which they operate, how the media works and a diligent approach to delivering flawless documents. To be considered for this role, you'll need to show us experience in:

• Mapping the relevant media universe for our clients
• Writing press releases
• Pitching stories to the media, following up and sharing coverage updates with clients
• Managing documentation related to the client and internal work
• Working with senior team members on converting new business opportunities

How We'd Expect You To Split Your Time:

Very thoughtfully. But here's an indicative split as a guide:

• Client Relationship Management: 20%
• Media Relations: 50%
• Team Management & Mentorship: 20%
• New Business Development: 10%

What Would Be Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Journalism/ Mass Communications/ Public Affairs/ Public Relations
• Experience managing technology or healthcare account portfolios
• Ability to integrate social media into PR plans
• Freshly brewed coffee-making skills. But don't worry, we won't judge you for  it.

What You'll Need (must haves for the role) :

• 1 to 3 years relevant work experience in sectors like technology, technology led social impact and startups.
• Proficiency in editing, writing and formatting of documents
• Experience of successfully managing client events (press conferences, media briefings, interactions and follow-ups at national and regional level)
