Account Executive

Role Summary :

We are looking for a B2C Account Executive to manage payment reconciliation, recover pending customer payments, coordinate with e-commerce platforms, and ensure accurate sales reporting for GST compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Reconcile daily customer payments with orders
• Identify and fix missing, failed, or incorrect transactions
• Follow up with customers for pending or failed payments
• Handle payment-related queries, refunds, and chargebacks
• Coordinate with e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports
• Prepare and share accurate monthly sales reports for GST filing

Key Metrics (KPIs)

• Payment reconciliation accuracy
• Recovery of pending payments
• Resolution time for payment issues
• Accuracy and timeliness of GST sales reports

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in reconciliation / collections / finance ops
• Basic understanding of UPI, cards, wallets, COD
• Good Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Strong follow-up and communication skills
• Attention to detail

Preferred

• Experience in D2C / e-commerce
• Familiarity with payment gateways (Razorpay, PayU, etc.)
• Basic understanding of GST and invoicing
