Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive with 3–4 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, and compliance activities. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and book entries
• Handle Accounts Receivable & Payable (Billing, Invoicing, Follow-ups, Payments)
• Prepare and maintain ledgers, journals, and financial records
• Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements
• Bank reconciliation and monitoring cash flow
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other tax filings
• Coordinate with auditors during audits
• Maintain proper documentation and accounting records
• Support budgeting and financial planning processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) / M.Com / CA Inter preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in accounting/finance role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation (GST, TDS)
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP software and MS Excel
• Good understanding of financial reporting and compliance
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills and Must have

• Tally ERP
• Knowledge of payroll processing
• Exposure to budgeting and MIS reporting
• Experience in handling audits
