Account Executive

People Tech Group is looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts professional to join our team in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and R2R activities, including journal entries, provisions, accruals, and month-end closing.
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax compliance, reconciliations, and tax notices/assessments.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
• Perform bank, vendor, customer, tax, ledger, and inter-company reconciliations.
• Support Import & Export compliance and related accounting requirements.
• Support ROC filings and statutory compliance.
• Prepare MIS, financial reports, schedules, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, internal stakeholders, and statutory authorities.

What We're Looking For

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, Taxation, R2R, and Statutory Compliance.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tally ERP.
• Advanced MS Excel skills – Pivot Tables, Lookups, formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, AP, AR, R2R, and reconciliations.
• Exposure to tax notices/assessments, ROC, Import & Export compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CA Inter / CMA Inter or relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage.

Key Deliverables: Accurate financial closure, timely statutory compliance, effective reconciliations, audit readiness, and reliable financial reporting.
