Account Executive - Payroll

Sterile Safequip & Chemicals Limited is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive – Payroll to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for handling employee salary processing, payroll calculations, payslip generation, statutory deductions, salary transfers, and maintaining accurate employee salary records.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of payroll processing, attendance and leave adjustment, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, and payroll compliance requirements.

• Calculate monthly employee salaries accurately.
• Process attendance, overtime, leave, late marks, deductions, and salary adjustments.
• Handle PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and TDS-related payroll processing.
• Generate monthly payslips for employees.
• Prepare salary statements and coordinate bank salary transfers.
• Maintain employee salary records, payroll registers, and related documentation.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing every month.
• Coordinate with HR and accounts teams for attendance, joining, exit, increment, and deduction details.
• Support statutory compliance related to payroll and employee deductions.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee salary and payroll information.
  

Relevant Diploma / Degree in Commerce, Accounting, HR, Payroll Management, or a related field

• Good knowledge of payroll processing and salary calculation.
• Understanding of PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and payroll-related compliance.
• Ability to handle attendance and leave adjustments.
• Knowledge of payslip generation and salary transfer preparation.
• Good computer skills, including MS Excel, email, and accounting/payroll software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee data responsibly.
  

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in payroll, accounts, HR payroll, or related work.
• Experience in manufacturing, healthcare or engineering companies will be preferred.
• Candidate should be organized, responsible, and capable of handling payroll work independently.
