Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Panchkula office. The Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales by identifying and developing new business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and maintaining a strong understanding of our programs and services. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, conducting client presentations, supporting customer onboarding, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Business Development skills, including client acquisition, lead generation, and successful deal closure
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience, including database management and client follow-ups
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to identify opportunities and create relevant pitches
  • Proficiency in market research to identify and understand trends and customer needs
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the EdTech industry or a related field is an advantage
