Role Description

NORTH EAST ROADWAYS is seeking a dedicated Account Executive for a full-time, on-site position at their New Delhi office. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include handling client communications, identifying business opportunities, preparing reports, and working closely with the operations team to align client requirements with service delivery. The role also involves contributing to strategic sales and marketing efforts.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in client relationship management and account handling
• Organization and time-management skills for handling multiple accounts and priorities
• Proficiency in MS Office and Tally
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Prior experience in logistics, freight, or transportation sectors is a plus
