My Delhi Indian Streetery, a UK based Award winning restaurant chain serving authentic Indian street food is looking to expand its Accounts and Administrative teams to support growing portfolio demands and also support our associated businesses.

Role Overview (Candidates without UK accounting experience and Sage 50 knowledge should not apply)

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive with 1–2 years of UK accounting experience to join our remote finance team. The role involves supporting finance operations for our UK business while collaborating closely with colleagues based in India, as well as UK management, staff, suppliers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Finance Administration
• Accounting
• Customer service to resolve client invoicing or supplier invoicing queries
• Account reconciliation
• Credit control
• Proficiency in accounting software Sage Line 50
• Supplier and client invoice generation
• Supporting monthly P&L reports.
• Supporting Payroll function, Experience of working on Nomi software.
• Knowledge of HRMC /Nest Submission.

 The

role is remotely based, supporting other finance team colleagues based in India and key Clients, Staff and management in UK.

Qualifications and Mandatory Skills

• Finance and Accounting skills
• UK Accounting Prior work experience
• Customer Service skills
• Account Reconciliation and Account Management skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Must have strong working knowledge of Sage Line 50
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

Working Times

You will be required to work UK time zone from 0800 hrs till 1730 hrs Monday - Friday. However since Accounts role is based primarily on accuracy and timely submissions, hence you may need to work occasional weekends in order to complete targets with the role.

Salary

Salary is negotiable for competitive and successful applicant. You would be paid from UK entity gross amounts on a monthly basis and you would need to file your taxation within Indian taxation system on your own.
