Job Description

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

. Full set of accounts including monthly accounting

. To Ensure timely record of accounting transactions and management reporting schedules

. Follow up with Payment Response and Issued Tax Invoice to chase payment on time

. Assist in company secretarial matters and liaise with Tax agent or external Auditor

. Staff payroll, CPF e-submission, GST submission & IR21 submission

. Day-to-day account tasks

. Able to start immediately

. Malaysian are welcome

Education, Qualifications and Experience

. Diploma or Degree

Key Skills and Competencies

. IT literate

. Able to use MS Office

. Advance Microsoft Excel

. Xero / Info-Tech
