Job Description

We are looking for a detail oriented Account Executive with strong project management capabilities and effective stakeholder communication skills. This role requires hands-on experience with Asana or similar platforms and the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders with clarity, structure, and accountability. The individual will be responsible for driving projects from brief to delivery while maintaining strong client and team relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage end to end project execution using Asana or similar project management tools.
  2. Create and track tasks, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple projects.
  3. Act as the central point of communication between clients, internal teams, and external partners.
  4. Ensure briefs, approvals, revisions, and timelines are clearly documented and communicated.
  5. Provide regular and structured status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  6. Proactively identify risks, delays, or scope gaps and flag them with suggested solutions.
  7. Coordinate closely with design, content, media, production, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
  8. Maintain accurate documentation, version control, and project hygiene.
  9. Support senior team members during planning, estimations, and review meetings.
  10. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and as per agreed expectations.

Key Skills and Competencies

  1. Strong project management mindset with high attention to detail and ownership. Hands-on working knowledge of Asana is important.
  2. Experience with ClickUp, Trello, or similar tools is an added advantage.
  3. Excellent stakeholder communication skills with the ability to manage expectations clearly.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication with clients and internal teams.
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
  6. Structured, organized, and process driven approach to work.
  7. Calm and professional handling of routine pressure situations.

  1. High accountability and ownership driven attitude.
  2. Proactive follow up and solution oriented thinking.
  3. Strong coordination skills with minimal dependency on constant supervision.
  4. Potential to grow into a Senior Account Executive or Project Manager role.
