Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with the flexibility of working from home for certain tasks. As an Account Executive at KarmiPay, you will actively drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting product demos, developing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. You will also assist in creating tailored solutions, tracking sales activities, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the company's growth.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
  • Strong Communication and Presentation skills to effectively demonstrate products and convey value propositions
  • Account Management and Client Relationship skills for maintaining and expanding accounts
  • Problem-solving and Strategic Thinking abilities to create tailored solutions for clients
  • Experience or knowledge in payroll, HR solutions, or compliance tools is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis skills are an advantage
