Role Description The Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Agra. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, understanding project requirements, and coordinating with design and production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of joinery solutions. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, preparing proposals and quotations, tracking project progress, and maintaining clear communication with clients about timelines, specifications, and changes. The Account Executive will also support business development by identifying new opportunities, attending client meetings, and contributing to sales reporting and forecasting. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to address client feedback and maintain high satisfaction levels is an essential part of this position.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management, sales, or client servicing, ideally within interiors, furniture, or construction-related industries.
• Comfort with basic business documentation such as quotations, proposals, contracts, and reports.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM systems) and willingness to learn company-specific software.
• Comfort working on-site in Agra and engaging directly with clients, vendors, and project stakeholders.
