  • Proven experience selling to C-level and VP-level executives in the US enterprise or mid-market segment.
  • Strong outbound motion: You have built pipeline independently through cold calling, targeted outreach, multistep sequences, and social selling.
  • Expertise in prospecting & qualifying: You know how to identify ICP accounts, map stakeholders, and convert prospects into active opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication skillscrisp verbal communication, compelling storytelling, and high-quality written communication.
  • Value-selling mindset: You can understand a client's challenges, articulate ROI, and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Consistent history of exceeding quota with predictable and disciplined sales execution.
  • Comfort with incentives: You know what uncapped commissions mean and you're motivated by them.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (Salesforce/HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Gong, etc.) to run a data-driven sales process.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle for US prospects- from discovery to negotiation to close.
  • Prospect and generate meetings with decision-makers (C-suite, VP, Directors) across the US market.
  • Run high-quality demos and deliver compelling pitches that convey the value of HackerEarth's technical hiring solutions.
  • Build and maintain a predictable pipeline, and manage accurate weekly and monthly forecasts.
  • Develop deep understanding of tech hiring, assessments, and the HR tech landscape to position HackerEarth as a strategic partner.
  • Coordinate with SDRs, Solutions, Product, and Marketing to ensure seamless handoffs and strong client experience.
  • Handle timely contracting, invoicing, and follow-ups for new clients.
  • Manage ongoing client relationships in your portfolio to generate expansion opportunities.
  • Represent HackerEarth professionally in US-facing communications, calls, and demos.
