We are a environmental services company specializing in waste management, recycling, sustainability, and compliance solutions. We support businesses across India with waste collection, resource recovery, environmental compliance, Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) services, and sustainable waste management initiatives through industry expertise, technology-driven processes, and a strong operational network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
  • Generate invoices, payment requests, and maintain billing records.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate ledger entries.
  • Track customer payments, follow up on outstanding receivables, and maintain collection records.
  • Assist in GST, TDS, and other financial filings.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, vouchers, and supporting documentation.
  • Prepare MIS reports and assist in monthly financial reporting.
  • Support internal and external audit activities.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding financial transactions.
  • Ensure timely recording of financial data and adherence to accounting procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Bookkeeping.
  • Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation concepts.
  • Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, or similar accounting software.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
  • Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
