About the Role:
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to own the end-to-end GTM motion for new products and feature innovations. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, wearing multiple hats across demand generation, sales, and customer success.

The ideal candidate is a former entrepreneur, founder, or early-stage sales leader who understands how to sell new, untested solutions and has experience closing enterprise deals in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End GTM Ownership: Drive the full sales cycle from demand generation to closing for new Whatfix products and productized features.

  • Market Validation & Positioning: Identify customer pain points, refine messaging, and validate product-market fit through outbound prospecting and customer conversations.

  • Outbound Sales & Demand Gen: Identify and engage ideal customer personas, conduct outreach, and generate pipeline with minimal marketing support.

  • Collaboration with Product & Marketing: Partner with PMs, PMMs, and other teams to shape product roadmaps, positioning, and enablement materials.

  • Enterprise Selling: Navigate complex sales cycles, build executive relationships, and close deals in the US market.

  • Iterate & Scale: Develop repeatable sales playbooks and insights to help scale new products post-validation.

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate is a former entrepreneur, founder, or early-stage sales leader who understands and is ready to push the limits and figure out how to sell new, untested solutions and has experience closing enterprise deals in the US market.

Great to have:

  • 5-10 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally in a founder-led, high-growth, or early-stage sales environment.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous, and high-ownership environment.

  • Strong outbound prospecting and executive selling skills.

  • Deep understanding of demand generation, pipeline building, and sales execution.

  • A self-starter with the ability to test, iterate, and build GTM strategies from scratch.
