Role Overview
We are looking for an Accounts Executive who will take ownership of financial operations including invoicing, compliance, and expense tracking. The role requires strong attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to ensure zero financial leakages.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate and manage client invoices with high accuracy and within defined timelines
• Track incoming payments and follow up with clients for outstanding dues
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements
• Process payroll, PF, and other employee-related financial components
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Monitor and track company expenses to ensure cost control
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger management
• Support management with financial reports and cashflow visibility
• Coordinate with SCM and internal teams for purchase and payment workflows
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and payroll processing
• Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Compensation
Salary will be based on experience and capability.

6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
