Job Description:

• Handle Accounts Payable, including accounting and payment voucher processing.
• Coordinate and follow up with other departments for all requirements related to day-to-day accounting functions.
• Perform Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS) verification and reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of daily accounting processes and adherence to deadlines.
• Prepare and process invoices, credit notes, and related accounting entries.
• Reconcile vendor and customer ledgers while maintaining a professional relationship with business stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment-related matters to ensure smooth operations.

Qualification, Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• Experience in an Auditor / Chartered Accountant's Office is an added advantage
• Must be skilled in MS Office (Excel and Word)
• Knowledge and practical experience in GST & TDS returns is an added advantage
• Must have in-depth subject knowledge in Financial Accounting
• Must be fluent in English communication
• English written communication skills must be good and professional
• Work experience in Tally, Zoho, and SAP is an added advantage
