Position Overview -
As an Account Executive (AE), you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth
and shape the future of an emerging technology. The role involves achieving sales targets by
offering solutions to a defined set of accounts, including existing customers as well as
high-potential prospects. The position is a field sales role where the Account Executive will
engage in face-to-face sales with customers and prospects either directly or in collaboration with
partners. The Account Executive will be responsible for planning and executing sales strategies,
strengthening account relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction over the long term.The
role also involves identifying opportunities within accounts, driving account penetration, and
leading sales initiatives across multiple quarters. You may be required to collaborate with
cross-functional teams and design targeted sales campaigns to expand business within your
assigned accounts. A strong understanding of customer needs, business challenges, and goals
is essential. You will be expected to effectively position our solutions by aligning them with
customer requirements and presenting clear financial and strategic value.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation
● Identify and target enterprise-level prospects through various channels.
● Generate and nurture leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
● Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports detailing pipeline progress and forecasted
revenue
Client Engagement
● Understand the needs of each account and match those needs with our company's solutions
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
● Present product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition of our
SaaS solutions.
Sales Strategy
● Develop and execute an enterprise sales strategy that meets or exceeds revenue targets
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business
objectives.
Negotiation and Closing
● Lead negotiations, address objections, and close complex deals with enterprise clients.
● Ensure contract terms and conditions meet both client and company objective
Post-Sale Relationship Management
● Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a seamless transition post-sale.
● Foster long-term relationships with clients to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
● The candidate must have a minimum 3+ years of enterprise sales experience in a
SaaS-based product company.
● Experience working in MENA
● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
● Strong understanding of the enterprise sales process, SaaS industry, with the ability to
articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
● Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
● Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
● Willingness to travel as required (approximately once a month for up to a week).
