About the Role

We are looking for a detail-driven Finance Associate with hands-on experience with Tally Prime, Financial data management, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have practical exposure to Tally Prime (or similar ERP systems), and strong proficiency in Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry in Tally Prime / ERP systems
• Prepare, manage, and update financial reports using Google Sheets
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance in financial records
• Coordinate with internal teams for financial data requirements
• Communicate effectively with clients or stakeholders when required

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Tally Prime or similar ERP software
• Working experience of GST and TDS.
• Experience with Bank/Credit card reconciliation

Required Skills

• Strong Google Sheets skills (formulas, reporting, data validation, etc.)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently

Preferred Skills

• Inter CA qualified
• Experience working with CA firms (preferred over general industry exposure)
• Familiarity with US accounting standards
• Experience in IT or service-based industries
