Account Executive

We're Hiring: Accounts Executive

Digiweave Mediatech LLP is looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to join our team in Thane.

Experience: 2–5 Years

Location: Thane

Work Mode: WFO

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain financial records.
• Manage sales, purchase, payment, receipt and journal entries.
• Handle GST-related accounting and compliance activities.
• Work on GSTR-2A reconciliation.
• Assist with GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B activities.
• Handle TDS calculations, deductions and related documentation.
• Perform bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and verify invoices, bills and accounting documents.
• Maintain Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable records.
• Work on Tally/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Assist with monthly closing and basic financial reporting.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong practical knowledge of GST.
• Hands-on experience with Tally/Tally Prime.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Understanding of TDS, bank reconciliation, AP/AR and ledger management.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• D2C/e-commerce experience is preferred but not mandatory.
