Account Executive

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in Kochi. The Account Executive will manage and grow relationships with institutional clients, including government and affiliated organizations, by understanding their procurement needs and providing timely, accurate solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling client communication, preparing quotations and proposals, coordinating orders with internal teams and suppliers, monitoring inventory levels for key accounts, and ensuring on-time delivery. The role will also involve tracking sales performance, maintaining account records, assisting in contract renewals, and identifying opportunities to increase product penetration with existing clients. The Account Executive will collaborate closely with operations, logistics, and finance teams to resolve issues, support smooth transactions, and uphold high standards of customer service.

Experience

• SAP Knowledge is must (Minimum working experience is 01 year with SAP
