This includes managing and assisting team with the overall coordination, collaboration, and development of land related listings for marketing and business development content and sales support collateral.

- To maintain database of all land deals past and present
- To develop local relations with all stake holders to understand land deal structures
- To timely support every senior broker with land options
- To assist team with site visits and detailed inspections

- Intermediate to Advanced experience in Land sourcing is essential
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience within the Property industry is advantageous
