About the Role
We are looking for an Accounts Executive to manage the day-to-day finance and accounting activities of our IT company. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting, MIS, reconciliations, receivables and payables, along with good attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and coordinate with the CA for reconciliation and finalization.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports covering receivables, payables, expenses, revenue and cash/bank position.
• Generate and share client invoices and follow up regularly for outstanding payments.
• Manage vendor invoices, payments and reconciliations.
• Maintain salary records, employee advances and reimbursements.
• Maintain and organize financial and accounting records and documentation.
• Assist the CA and management with audits, taxation, compliance and financial reporting.
• Ensure accuracy, timely reporting and confidentiality of financial information.
Requirements
• Graduate in Commerce, Accounting or Finance
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of accounting, Excel/Google Sheets, MIS, reconciliations, receivables and payables
• Experience with Tally or similar accounting software is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to independently manage routine accounting and finance activities.
