About The Role

We are looking for an Account Executive who can own the day-to-day execution of client accounts and act as the operational backbone of the pod.

This is a high-responsibility, high-speed role where you will work closely with Account Managers and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery, strong client communication, and efficient execution.

If you are someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys managing multiple moving pieces, and can take ownership without constant supervision — you will do well here.

If you need heavy structure, slow-paced environments, or constant direction — this role will feel overwhelming.

What You'll Do

  • Own day-to-day execution of client plans across accounts
  • Manage client communication for ongoing workstreams and updates
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, strategy) to ensure timely delivery
  • Execute account-level operations including briefs, follow-ups, and deliverables
  • Drive smooth workflow across pods by managing timelines and priorities
  • Ensure quality and consistency across all outputs before client delivery
  • Reduce dependency on senior team members by independently handling execution

What Success Looks Like (0–6 Months)

  • You are able to independently manage day-to-day account operations
  • Senior Account Managers are no longer involved in execution-level tasks
  • Client communication is clear, timely, and structured
  • Internal coordination runs smoothly without constant escalation
  • Work is delivered faster, cleaner, and with fewer follow-ups

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in account management / client servicing / agency roles
  • Strong communication skills (verbal + written) with good English proficiency
  • Ability to write clear briefs and translate client requirements into actionables
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks across teams simultaneously
  • Strong execution mindset — gets things done without overthinking
  • Ability to work fast without losing attention to detail

  • G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • PowerPoint
  • GPT / AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.)
  • Meta & Google dashboards
