Purpose of the job
The Account Executive will support the delivery of projects for our fast moving key consumer electronics brand account, working closely with clients, suppliers, and internal HH Global teams to deliver services professionally, to specification, and on time in line with agreed SLAs.
You will manage day‑to‑day operational activities across a range of permanent display and marketing production projects, coordinating the production, logistics, and delivery process from brief through to installation or final delivery. This role requires close collaboration with the wider client account team, suppliers, and third‑party partners, ensuring excellent customer service and operational accuracy in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support to the Account Manager / Project Manager and Project Buyer on the account
- Act as an operational point of contact for internal stakeholders, suppliers, and client project teams
- Take and interpret client briefs, ensuring all specifications, quantities, timelines, and critical milestones are clearly captured
- Produce accurate and detailed specifications and documentation for internal teams and external suppliers
- Brief suppliers on client requirements and manage queries through to resolution
- Raise, manage, and update supplier purchase orders
- Monitor projects to ensure delivery is on time, to specification, and in line with agreed SLAs
- Manage free‑issue materials, including tracking delivery dates, following up on arrivals, and checking contents
- Coordinate packing, shipping, and logistics to relevant suppliers and third‑party agencies
- Prepare and issue delivery notes, book freight, and arrange production deliveries
- Send delivery notifications, chase proof of delivery (PODs), and keep delivery schedules up to date
- Maintain accurate project records using designated HH Global tools and systems
- Keep shared drives (e.g. G Drive) up to date with technical drawings, delivery schedules, assembly guides, and related documentation
- Support invoicing processes and ensure financial procedures are followed correctly
- Manage and fulfil client expectations through clear, proactive communication
- Deliver excellent customer service to all client stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
- Experience working within a client services or account support environment
- Experience within a manufacturing, sourcing, print, POS, or permanent display environment
- Strong commercial and numerical understanding
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills
- Strong problem‑solving ability and solution‑focused approach
- High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
- Confident using MS Excel and/or Google Sheets
