Account Executive

We are looking hands-on experience in accounting operations to join our Shared Services Team in Thane.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and prepare accurate books of accounts.
• Prepare Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements and other financial reports.
• Handle day-to-day accounting activities using Tally and Zoho Books.
• Assist with GST and TDS compliances.
• Prepare accounting reports and MIS using MS Excel.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for accounting-related requirements.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in Tally & Zoho Books.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Basic knowledge of GST & TDS provisions.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Advanced Excel and SAP/Oracle/other ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.

Important Requirement

• Candidate should be willing to work at client locations across Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).
• Willingness to travel outside Mumbai whenever required is essential.
• Candidates from Central Line (Ghatkopar–Kalyan) and Navi Mumbai are preferred.
• Candidates should be comfortable commuting to our Thane office.
